They did the initial inspection the next day. We had our quote two business days later, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The whole process took less than one business week. Kelly was so helpful throughout the process as it was not our primary home and were conducting business from afar. She answered all our questions, kept us posted on the progress, and was very professional. At no point did I feel like they were trying to push services we didn't need- they even recommended we have further testing (cheaper option) done before committing to services that we might not need.
