Jacksonville Office Water Damage Repair

The first floor of this office building in Jacksonville suffered flooding and damage when a water main split during the night. SERVPRO arrived soon after the call to our HQ to remove the water along with the non-salvageable sheetrock and commercial-grade carpeting. Once glued down carpet lifts, the best option is to dry the plywood subfloor and install new carpeting and vinyl baseboards. We dried out the wall voids and studs with our air movers and dehumidification equipment and monitored the progress with moisture sensors to ensure correct drying levels were achieved. We also applied an antifungal agent to help prevent the potential growth of mold.
