Sneads Ferry Storm Damage Rehab
The significant storm breached the roof of this Sneads Ferry home resulting in the damage depicted in the Before Photo. The SERVPRO goal is to preserve when possible and restore and replace when necessary. We can tarp the damaged roof to prevent water and wind from entering the structure and begin demolishing and removing storm-damaged building materials and assemblies. We work cautiously to avoid injury from falling debris or tripping. Once cleared of non-salvageable materials, we can apply antimicrobial agents to protect against pathogens and mold growth. The After Photo shows the temporary containment barrier made of 6-mil polypropylene sheeting to isolate the attic void. The floor joists and plywood subflooring are being replaced where needed as axial fans are completing the drying process.
