Jacksonville Community Center and a Water Leak
Over several days the freshwater line leaked under the sink. When it was discovered, the back walls were saturated, as was the carpet. SERVPRO arrived soon after the call, scoped the water-damaged area, and set up an action plan for water damage restoration, attempting to minimize the demolition and salvage the carpet. The After Photo illustrated the concrete foundation, the pad was discarded, and the high-quality carpet was dried in another building area. No delamination occurred, allowing this drying to happen. The technicians made a neat deconstruction cut of the back wall to remove the crumbling drywall and expose the framing and void for drying to standard levels. The equipment has been removed, and now the build back can start.
