Jacksonville Bathroom Ceiling Leak
The Before Photo depicts the water stain on the ceiling of this Jacksonville home's bathroom. A WRT water damage restoration technician from our SERVPRO crew inspected the scope of the damage. The ceiling was opened up to reveal the pipe leak in the attic, as shown in the After Photo. The removed ceiling sheetrock material allowed for a small and professional installation of new material once the area was dry. We can use positive air pressure to circulate warm air in the attic space and then lightly spray an antifungal agent to help prevent any mold infestation from taking hold. Only then can we button up the previously water-damaged ceiling, tape, sand, and repaint the new material and leave with our customers feeling "Like it never even happened."
