Puff Back Smoke Damage in Jacksonville

The furnace in this Jacksonville residence was not properly maintained. The Before Photo illustrates the result of the internal "explosion" of the furnace. It spewed oily soot through the ventilation system into many rooms of the house. SERVPRO pre-tested and wiped down the soot-covered surfaces with some of our proprietary cleaning products. We vacuum up particles if not sticky. The After Photo shows the second bathroom now cleaned of soot, "Like it never even happened." We work to clean and remove soot and slightly charred assemblies and surfaces rather than deconstruct them. Our goal is to minimize the inconveniences to our customers, who are also our neighbors. We can complete this service with a ULV ultra-light fogging with an aromatic agent to improve the indoor air quality IAQ.
