Jacksonville Major Ceiling Leak

The PEX line in the attic of this structure in Jacksonville ruptured and spilled many gallons of clean water onto the recently tiled floor and furnishings. SERVPRO soon arrived and tore out the dangerous hanging ceiling drywall and discarded it. The Before Photo shows the axial fans and dehumidifiers targeting specific areas to complete the drying phase of this damaging water event. Several days later, the After Photo depicts the general area back to standard, "Like it never even happened."
